14-day right of withdrawal
For online consumer purchases, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after you or a person you designate, other than the carrier, receives the goods. If goods from a single order are delivered separately, this period begins when the last goods are received.
Use our withdrawal form, the contact form or an unequivocal written statement sent to the address below. Sending your notice before the deadline is sufficient. A return authorisation or an explanation is not a condition for exercising your statutory right. After notifying us, send the goods back within a further 14 days.
Return address and shipping costs

FORMIVOLT pays return shipping costs. In your request, include your order reference, the goods and your collection address so our support team can arrange a prepaid label or collection. If you arrange postage yourself, keep proof of the reasonable standard postage paid and submit it for reimbursement. Keep your return tracking or posting receipt.
There is no fixed restocking fee. Pack goods securely with their accessories. Original packaging helps protect the goods but is not a condition of the statutory right. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop; you are responsible only for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Refunds
We refund payments, including the cost of standard outbound delivery if charged, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence of return, whichever happens first.
Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee. We do not impose a general unopened-only condition on returns. Statutory exceptions, such as goods genuinely made to your specifications, apply only where relevant and disclosed before purchase.
Faults and statutory guarantee
New goods sold to consumers carry a two-year statutory guarantee of conformity from delivery. A manufacturer warranty does not replace this protection. Contact us if goods are faulty, incorrect or do not match their description.
Where the statutory conditions are met, repair or replacement is free, including necessary transport. If neither remedy is possible or provided as required, you may be entitled to a price reduction or termination and refund. These rights are separate from the 14-day withdrawal right.
